These terms explain the basic conditions for using Orbi and the limits of an AI companion experience.

Using Orbi
Orbi provides an AI companion experience for everyday conversation, reflection, and personal support. You may use the app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm the service or other people.
You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your account access secure.
AI Limitations
Orbi uses automated AI systems. Responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your situation. Do not rely on the app for medical, legal, financial, emergency, or other professional advice.
If you may hurt yourself or someone else, contact emergency services or crisis support immediately.
Content and Conduct
Do not use the app to create, request, or share illegal, abusive, exploitative, hateful, or harmful content.
We may limit, suspend, or end access when use of the app creates safety, security, legal, or operational risk.
Coins and In-App Purchases
Orbi may provide free or purchased coins that can be used for eligible digital experiences in the app. Coins are consumable, have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and do not expire while your account remains available.
Coin prices and the number of coins required for an experience may change. A rate change does not change the price of an experience that Orbi has already authorized for you.
Purchases in the iPhone app are processed by Apple. Apple controls billing, cancellation, and refund decisions. If Apple refunds a coin purchase, Orbi may remove unused coins from that purchase, up to your remaining balance. Content you already unlocked may remain available.
Consumable purchases are not restored through Apple’s Restore Purchases feature. Your Orbi coin balance is linked to your Orbi account and should return when you sign back into the same account.

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it is processed, and how you can contact us about your information.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. When we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as updating this page or providing in-app notice.
